Terms and Conditions – Saxena Book

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) constitute a legally binding contract between you and Saxena Book regarding your use of our website, mobile platform, and all associated services. By accessing, registering, or using Saxena Book in any manner, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using our platform. These terms supersede any previous agreements or understandings between you and Saxena Book.

2. Eligibility and Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use Saxena Book. By creating an account, you certify that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that you are not prohibited by law from participating in online betting or gaming. We reserve the right to request proof of age and verify your identity at any time.

Account Creation

Registration on Saxena Book requires you to provide accurate, true, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach. You are liable for all activities conducted through your account.

Geographic Restrictions

Saxena Book services are available to residents of India and other jurisdictions where betting is legal. We do not knowingly serve users from jurisdictions where our services are prohibited. If you access Saxena Book from a restricted jurisdiction, you do so at your own risk and are entirely responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws.

3. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Saxena Book solely for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate these terms or applicable laws. You will not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the normal functioning of our platform or infringes on the rights of other users.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Saxena Book:

  • Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts
  • Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate our platform
  • Participating in match-fixing, betting fraud, or collusion with other bettors
  • Money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activities
  • Hacking, phishing, or attempting to compromise platform security
  • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent deposit limits or bonuses
  • Selling, sharing, or transferring your account to another person
  • Using our platform while under the influence or with impaired judgment
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or staff members
  • Posting offensive, defamatory, or illegal content
  • Spamming or promoting third-party services without authorization

Violation of any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension and possible permanent termination.

4. Account Management and Security

Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Saxena Book will not be liable for unauthorized access to your account resulting from negligence, password sharing, or failure to log out. We recommend using strong passwords, enabling two-factor authentication if available, and regularly monitoring your account activity.

Account Suspension and Closure

Saxena Book reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these terms or engage in suspicious activity. Upon account suspension, you may not be able to access your funds immediately. We will provide information about account closure procedures upon request.

Dormant Accounts

Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to dormancy fees or account closure. We will attempt to contact you before implementing any fees. Outstanding balances will be retained and made available upon account reactivation.

5. Deposits and Payments

Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on Saxena Book is ₹300. We reserve the right to change minimum and maximum deposit limits without prior notice. High-value deposits may require additional verification.

Payment Methods

Saxena Book accepts payments through multiple methods including UPI, BHIM, Paytm, PhonePe, AirTel Money, Net Banking, Debit Cards, and IMPS. All payment processing is handled by secure, third-party payment gateways. We are not responsible for payment gateway failures or delays beyond our control.

Deposit Confirmation

Once payment is confirmed by the payment gateway, your account will be credited within 59 seconds. If your account is not credited within a reasonable timeframe, contact our support team with proof of payment. Duplicate payments must be reported immediately.

Currency and Conversion

All transactions on Saxena Book are conducted in Indian Rupees (INR). If you deposit funds from a foreign account, your bank or payment provider may charge conversion fees. Saxena Book is not responsible for currency conversion fees or charges imposed by third parties.

6. Withdrawals and Winnings

Withdrawal Eligibility

You may only withdraw funds from your Saxena Book account if the balance is exclusively yours and has been obtained through legitimate betting activity on our platform. Withdrawn funds must be transferred to the same account from which you made your deposits. Cross-account transfers are not permitted.

Withdrawal Process

To withdraw funds, submit a withdrawal request through your account dashboard or contact our support team. Provide accurate banking details. Once verified, withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes under normal circumstances. However, withdrawals may be delayed or denied if:

  • Your account is under investigation for fraudulent activity
  • Your identity cannot be verified
  • Regulatory holds or court orders apply
  • Technical issues prevent processing
  • You have violated our terms and conditions

Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₹300. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated in your account dashboard. Frequent large withdrawals may require additional identity verification.

Withdrawal Fees

Saxena Book does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or payment provider may deduct service charges. We are not responsible for fees imposed by third-party financial institutions.

Winnings Tax Responsibility

You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes on your betting winnings as required by Indian law or your local jurisdiction. Saxena Book does not withhold taxes on winnings. Consult a tax professional regarding your tax obligations.

7. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Bonus Terms

Bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions. Welcome bonuses must be used within the specified time period and may have wagering requirements that must be met before withdrawal. Bonuses are not transferable and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

Bonus Wagering Requirements

To convert bonus credits into real money, you must complete the required number of wagers. Bonuses with 5x wagering requirement mean you must place bets totaling 5 times the bonus amount before withdrawal. Unmet wagering requirements result in bonus forfeiture upon account closure.

Bonus Restrictions
